Over the years I have been asked numerous of times for my view on how Software Product Management ‘works’, and how to be a good Product Manager. While I certainly have opinions, I was (and am) lucky enough to work and engage with smart coworkers, clients, people in the industry to show me.
The Product Insider is a place where I collect these thoughts and insights, condense them into stories, and given them a frame. In the hope, the readers find them useful and applicable in their problem domain. Software, after all, is the most diverse of all engineering disciplines with the largest variety of fields of application.
